The following terms and conditions apply to all the users of JalaWave
Connection services and its suppliers. They may be revised at any
time and without notification at the sole discretion of PT. JalaWave
Cakrawala (JalaWave).

You are required to adhere to these conditions.
If there are any kinds of actions that you breach them, we have
the right at our sole discretion: |

To suspend or terminate your service without notification
or refund, |

To make an additional charge for the misuse, or |
| - |
To block access to the relevant component of the service. |

| |

| 2. |
JalaWave and its suppliers exercise no control
whatsoever over the content of the information passing through
their systems. By its very nature, the Internet contains offensive
or harmful material, in some cases under descriptions that have
been mislabelled or are otherwise deceptive. We expect that
you will use caution and common sense in using the Internet. |

| 3. |
In no event shall JalaWave or its suppliers be
liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages,
or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits,
arising out of or in connection with the service. |

| 4. |
You shall not use the services to take any actions
or make any statements that: (a) infringe on any third party's
copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary
rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate any applicable
law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation
those regarding export control); (c) are defamatory, trade libellous
or unlawfully threatening; (d) are pornographic or obscene;
(e) violate any laws regarding unfair competition, antidiscrimination
or false advertising, or (f) result in the distribution of viruses,
Trojans, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other similar harmful
or deleterious programming routines. |

| 5. |
You may not use the services to distribute any
bulk unsolicited email messages, including, without limitation,
commercial advertising and informational announcements, or otherwise
cause an excessive or disproportionate load on JalaWave suppliers'
infrastructure. |

| 6. |
You may not transfer or share your account with
anyone. Your password is your responsibility and you may not
disclose it to any third parties for any purpose. You will notify
us in writing and change your password, which you believe may
have been compromised. |
| |
|
| 7. |
You are required to keep the contact details
that you provided us up to date. We may send invoices or other
information to you at the address you gave us. We will not pass
these details to other companies. |
| |
|
| 8. |
Although privacy issues are very important to
JalaWave and its suppliers, given the current regulatory and
technical environment you should not have an expectation of
privacy in your online activities. |
| |
|
| 9. |
Violations of system or network security are
prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability.
JalaWave will investigate incidents involving such violations
and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a
criminal violation is suspected. |

|
| 10. |
If data, personal data, information and/or computer
programs are transported across the national borders as a result
of using the service(s) of JalaWave or its suppliers, you must
comply with the applicable statutory regulations of the Republic
of Indonesia and/or the country of export. |
| |
|
| 11. |
You assume total responsibility and risk for
use of the services and the Internet. You understand that the
Internet contains unedited materials some of which are sexually
explicit or may be offensive to you. You access such materials
at your own risk. JalaWave and its suppliers have no control
over and accept no responsibility whatsoever for such materials. |

|
| 12. |
JalaWave reserves the right to change any or
all terms of this agreement without notification. You must at
all times comply with the current JalaWave Legal. This agreement
shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of
the Republic of Indonesia. |

|
| 13. |
JalaWave reserves the right to change the services
it offers, rates, operation hours and documentation without
any notification. |
| |
|
| 14. |
You are responsible for the personal files that
are hosted at JalaWave servers. JalaWave has the right to remove
these files when the agreement is terminated. Any personal files
may be deleted without notification at the sole discretion of
JalaWave. |
| |
|
| 15. |
You are not allowed to attempt to circumvent
user authentication or the security of any machine. |
| |
|
| 16. |
You may not forge header or user identification
information on emails or Usenet postings. |
| |
|
| 17. |
You may not allow any third party to directly
or indirectly use any component of the services offered by JalaWave
in a way that would constitute a violation of the JalaWave Legal. |
| |
|
| 18. |
The service may only be used for lawful purposes
and any attempt for transmission, distribution and/or storage
and/or other use of any material in violation of any applicable
law regulation or by-law is strictly prohibited. |
| |
|
| 19. |
It is a condition precedent to the present agreement
that the user agrees to abide to and follow all terms and conditions
described herein or as these may be amended or extended from
time to time. |

|
| 20. |
The user agrees to indemnify JalaWave for any
loss or damage caused to any third party and/or JalaWave and
any expenses incidental to defending any such claims, from any
act or ommission of the user which may be caused deliberately
or not through his or her use of this service. |

|
| 21. |
The user agrees that JalaWave shall be indemnified
against any loss or claim described herein not with standing
any negligence or ommission on the part of JalaWave without
the latter having the obligation to mitigate its losses or take
any action in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation. |
| |
|
| :: Billing Policies |
| |
|
| 1. |
Payment of service is required in advance, unless
otherwise agreed. Accounts that are not settled at the given
time will be disconnected. |
| |
|
| 2. |
You are required to pay all charges relating
to the use of your account(s) according to the rates at the
time of use. |
| |
|
| 3. |
JalaWave has the right to make changes at the
rates of the services offered without notification. |
| |
|
| 4. |
You are liable for the full payment of the service(s)
you purchase even if you decide to terminate the service(s)
before the expiration date. JalaWave or its suppliers must receive
a signed notification to terminate a service. |
| |
|
| 5. |
If you purchase a service of a JalaWave reseller
then it is your responsibility to arrange for the payment. |
| |
|
| 6. |
JalaWave reserves the right to cancel any account
without cause and without notification. |
